Not SEBI-registered. The operator of AI Trading Signals is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or in any other capacity, and is not associated with any SEBI-registered intermediary.
Automated output, not advice. Every label, score, price level, “BUY”, “SHORT”, “WAIT”, entry, stop-loss and target on this site is produced automatically by software from market data. It is not investment advice, a research report, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell anything, and it does not take your finances, objectives or risk tolerance into account.
Derivatives are high-risk. SEBI’s study of the equity F&O segment (September 2024) found that about 93% of more than one crore individual traders lost money between FY22 and FY24, with an average loss of about ₹2 lakh per trader including transaction costs.
Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.
You alone decide and you alone bear the risk. You can lose all the money you trade with. Consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making investment decisions.
AI Trading Signals (the “Service”) is the website at aitradingsignal.in, its sub-domains and the data streams the website uses. It is run by an individual based in Vuyyuru, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].
These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you and the Operator. They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and allowed to use it under the laws that apply to you. You accept these Terms when you tick the consent box and click “Accept & Continue”, or when you otherwise use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service shows the output of automated scanners that apply technical rules (for example price, VWAP, moving averages, RSI and volume) to market data for selected NSE-listed equities and derivatives and for crypto-asset pairs. Specifically:
The Operator is not registered with SEBI, any stock exchange, the Reserve Bank of India or any other financial regulator in any capacity, and nothing on the Service should be read as suggesting otherwise. The Service is not designed to provide “investment advice” or “research reports” within the meaning of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
If a regulator or a change in law requires it, or if we decide it is prudent, we may change, delay, restrict or remove any part of the Service (including signals for particular markets or instruments) at any time without notice.
Prices of securities can fall as well as rise. Futures and options are leveraged: buying options can lose the entire premium, and selling options or holding futures can cause losses larger than the money you put in. Intraday trading adds the risk of fast moves, gaps, slippage and transaction costs. SEBI’s research shows that most individual derivatives traders lose money (see the box at the top of this page).
Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions. Crypto-assets are not legal tender in India, are highly volatile, trade around the clock and can become illiquid or worthless; exchanges can fail, be hacked or freeze withdrawals. Income from transferring virtual digital assets is currently taxed in India at 30% under Section 115BBH of the Income-tax Act, 1961, losses cannot be set off against other income, and 1% tax may be deducted at source under Section 194S. Tax rules may change; take your own tax advice.
Software can contain bugs; data can be wrong, delayed or missing; connections can drop. Signals may change or disappear after you see them.
The Service uses data from third-party sources, which may include NSE, Upstox, Yahoo Finance and Binance. We do not guarantee that this data is accurate, complete or timely. Names, logos and trademarks of exchanges, brokers, data providers, advertisers and other third parties belong to their owners; their appearance on the Service does not mean they are affiliated with, sponsor or endorse the Service, or that we endorse them.

The Service is provided free of charge and without any commitment to availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived by contract.
You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims, losses, penalties and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page show which version applies. If we make a material change, the dashboard will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept it, you must stop using the Service.
